Make your wedding reception exceptional and special. It’s just one of the many events we take pride in hosting perfectly at Juls Events.

You can choose to hold your reception in our outdoor Patio, Tree Top Mezzanine or Elegance Hall.  Our professional event team will work with you to devise a menu catering to all tastes, and budgets.

Our convenient location, ample on-site parking, full-service bar, and in-house catering make us the perfect place for your next reception.

 

Packages

Venue Only – Reception

 

Take the stress out of your wedding day by choosing Juls. We offer a wide range of amenities that are included in every package.

  • Five hours for reception
  • Building access after 10 a.m. on the day of
  • Use of entire building (seats up to 300 guests)

                Use of 8000 sq. ft lighted deck & patio

  • Portrait Easel
  • Bridal balcony and departure staircase
  • Recommendations for florist, Cake, Photography etc..
  • Reception Chairs-10 guests per table
  • 60″ Round tables– 10 guests per table
  • Additional tables for buffet, DJ, cake, etc.
  • White table cloths for all tables
  • Tables and Chairs for Patio
  • Private dressing room
  • Pre-reception decorating time
  • Open vendor policy (vendor must be approved)
  • Bridal portrait photoshoot availability
  • On-site support during event
  • Set-up of tables and chairs before event
  • Clean-up after event
  • Children’s play area
  • Plates, Napkins, and Forks for Cake Cutting Ceremony
  • Event Staff assistance and coordination
  • Bar privilege – must purchase bar package and security

Venue-Only Booking Policy:

  • A deposit of ½ of the agreed amount and signed contract is required to secure event date (payment plans available). The deposit payment is non-refundable after 14 calendar days from signed contract. The entire balance must be paid in full 60 days before event date.
  • A “Save the Date” payment will hold the event date for 14 days. The remainder of the venue deposit (½ of agreed amount) must be paid in full or a Payment Plan must be selected within 14 days of signed contract.

Take the Tour! We have beautifully landscaped grounds,  featuring green lawns, plentiful shade trees, and situated on a tranquil pond.

 

FULL BAR

We offer a large full bar stocked with top-shelf liquor, beer, wine, soft drinks, and espresso drinks. You may choose to set up smaller satellite bars throughout the facility.
